Black lines show the best curve fit in each instance. The curves originating from the interactions of s Vpr21-40 (A), s Vpr25-40 (B), s Vpr1-40(C), s Vpr1-40 P5,10,14N (D), s Vpr30-40 (E), s Vpr32-38 (F) and s Vpr33-37(G) with CypA were considered to fit to two state reaction model (sensogram A 2 -G 2 ) best.
