The structural conservation corresponds to the percentage of representative structures where a pocket of this cluster is present, the sequence conservation represents the percentage of pockets that are significantly conserved at the sequence level. The last two columns correspond to the percentages of significantly flexible or rigid pockets detected in the corresponding cluster.
