Localization of the TPR1-interacting domain to the αE-αF-β2-β3 regions of Gα 16 . (A) Schematic representation of the C272, C219, and C164 chimeras. (B) HEK 293 cells were transiently co-transfected with FLAG-TPR1 and the wild-type or constitutively active mutants of Gα16, C272, C219, C164, or pcDNA1. Co-immunoprecipitation assays were performed and analyzed as in Figure 2. Data shown represent one of three sets of immunoblots; two other sets yielded similar results.
