Determination of the radius of gyration R G of the TraB constructs and of LvhB4 by the Guinier approximation. The RG is inferred from the slope of the straight line fitting Ln I(q) vs q2, for q RG < 1.0. The points of the scattering curve used for the linear fit (straight line) are indicated by filled symbols, and the rest of the curve is represented by open symbols (TraBFL:square; TrabNT: triangle; LvhB4:circle; and TraBCT:diamond).
