(B) SAXS model of LvhB4 monomer (transparent green surface) superimposed with the At-VirB4-Cter atomic model (in ribbons representation); two SAXS models of LvhB4 monomer were fitted into the TraBFL SAXS model (transparent yellow surface). The At-VirB4-Cter monomers were manually fitted into the TraBCT and LvhB4 models.
