LC-MS/MS profile of N-terminal domain of Mo-MLV integrase cross-linked with BS3 . Samples in solution were digested overnight at 37°C with chymotrypsin in a ratio of 1:20 wt/wt (enzyme: protein). The image shows the ionization and sequence of the LC peak (indicated with asterisk in the inset) corresponding at the intermolecular peptide 15–29 and 23–25 with K24 and K24 crosslinked.
