Enrichments of amino acids in both TM protein interfaces and soluble protein interfaces. Enrichments are defined as log-odd ratios of amino acid frequencies at interface core versus the rest of the protein. The size of the dots represents the averaged frequencies of amino acids at interface cores of both soluble and membrane protein sets, corresponding to the values in Figure 2.
