Mt-DsbA regions proposed to be important for Mt-VKOR interactions and antibody production. A. Using the Synechococcus sp. VKOR/TRX structure (PDB ID: 3KP9) [49], SWISS-MODEL [51] was used to construct a structural homology model of the interaction between Mt-DsbA and Mt-VKOR. B. The cartoon representation of Mt-DsbA where white stick representation indicates the 20 amino acid peptide used to produce an antibody that recognized Mt-DsbA on the Mtb cell surface [32].
