Asterisks indicate the rates that are statistically different between the sets based on a Student’s t-test (p-value ≤ 0.05). A ratio greater than 1 indicates that on average there are more assignments per residue for that annotation in structures from PSI:Biology Partnerships than from PDB US non-SG structures.
