Transmembrane domains of cytochrome b 6 f complexes from Ch. reinhardtii (PDB: 1Q90) and M. laminosus (PDB: 1VF5). PetG subunit (blue-and-yellow helix), PetL subunit (magenta) and PetN subunit (green-and-yellow) in 1Q90 and 1VF5 structures. The overall positioning of TM helices is very similar in both structures, while the assignment of subunits PetG, PetL, and PetN is different.
