Pressure dependent population changes in fast exchange. The chemical shifts δ*HN of the amide protons taken from a set of TROSY-HSQC spectra measured at 293 K are plotted as function of pressure p. The chemical shifts δ*HN were corrected by the known pressure response of random-coil peptides (see Methods). All residues with a clearly asymptotic pressure dependence of the chemical shifts are shown.
