Residues coordinating Rieske [2Fe-2S] cluster in BPDO-F B1 . All residues interacting with Rieske iron-sulfur cluster or its ligands. Hydrogen bonds are displayed in dashed lines. Gly-48 interacts with His-47 and Ala-50 via hydrophobic interactions. Note the interaction between the side-chain of Cys-83 and the iron-sulfur cluster, a feature not present in other known Rieske oxygenase ferredoxins.
