A sequence profile is created by performing eight rounds of PSI-BLAST. This profile is fed into the program HHpred to create a list of templates and alignments. All models are built by changing the amino acid sequence according to the alignment. The model ensemble is ranked using the FSF (see text for definition). The top 50 models are repaired, using the closing algorithm described in the text. These models are recombined in five parallel runs of our GA recombination with AEP (see text for definition).
