The correlation coefficient between PC^x _i and PC^all _i (i = 1, 2, 3) is 0.7 or less if no mark is present at a segment length. For the all-β class, no axis exhibited a correlation coefficient greater than 0.7 up to PC^all3 for segment lengths of 10–16 residues.
