Equilibrium dialysis of PFOA: (1) – Change of PFOA concentration (c L ) in the dialysis solution initially containing 9.0 ml of pH 7.40 BR buffer and 27.0 ml of distilled water, while 3.0 ml of pH 7.40 BR buffer, 3.0 ml of 5.00 Mm PFOA and 4.0 ml of distilled water were mixed in the bag at the beginning of the dialysis. PFOA in the dialysis solution was determined at various dialysis times. (2) – Variation of the PFOA dialysis rate calculated by (initial molarity of PFOA in bag – 4cL)/initial molarity of PFOA in dialysis membrane, which was used to estimate the dialysis equilibrium time.
