Methylated lysines involved in crystal contacts are shown in red; other residues involved in crystal contacts for the methylated structure only are shown in yellow. Residues implicated with crystal contacts for the native structure only are shown in blue. Residues found to make crystal contacts in both structures are shown in green. N and C indicate the position of the C- and N-termini of one monomer; primed letters denote the termini for the second monomer.
