(B) LbNDK crystallographic hexamer fitted into the low resolution SAXS envelope shown on top and side orientations. Hexamer can be viewed as a combination of top (dark colors) and bottom (light colors) trimers or as three dimers (blue, yellow and red shades). (C) Experimental scattering curves in pH 4.0 (black line), 5.0 (green line), 6.0 (blue line) and 7.0 (red line), showing that no significant changes occur on the LbNDK quaternary structure at this pH range.
