(B-C) HEK 293 cells were transiently co-transfected with FLAG-TPR1 and the wild-type or constitutively active mutants of Gα16, N102, N155, N210, N246, N266, N295, or pcDNA1. Co-immunoprecipitation assays were performed and analyzed as in Figure 2. Data shown represent one of three sets of immunoblots; two other sets yielded similar results.
