Confirmation of the β3 region as a TPR1-interacting site of Gα 16 . (A) Schematic representation of the N200-C164, N188-C164, zβ2β3, and zβ3 chimeras. (B-C) HEK 293 cells were transiently co-transfected with FLAG-TPR1 and the wild-type or constitutively active mutants of Gα16, N200-C164, N188-C164, zβ2β3, zβ3 or pcDNA1. Co-immunoprecipitation assays were performed and analyzed as in Figure 2. Data shown represent one of three sets of immunoblots; two other sets yielded similar results.
