Expression of wild-type and mutant CD9 TM(1+2)-GFP proteins in human cells. Human rhabdomyosarcoma RD cells were transfected with constructs encoding CD9 TM(1+2)-GFP fusion proteins that carried mutations indicated. Either wild-type or monomeric (L221K) GFP was used. Images were captures 18–28 hours post-transfection.
