Occupancy of MLY221. MLY221 shows 2 conformations. Conformation A has occupancy of 65%. The distance of the oxygen atoms of E36 and the PO- 4 ligand from the (NZ)CH group of the MLY221 is shorter than the permissible limit of 3.2 Å for (NZ)CHO bonds, resulting in the distorting of MLY221 and E36. The 2 | Fo | – | Fc | electron density map was contoured at 1.5 σ
